The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions Limited, on the 100% acquisition of TeleMedik, a Puerto Rico-based pioneer in the development and implementation of technological solutions. Pursuant to the transaction, TeleMedik will become a subsidiary of Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC and a step-down subsidiary of Firstsource Solutions Limited.

Khaitan & Co acted as legal counsel to Firstsource Health Plans and Healthcare Services, LLC and advised and assisted on:

• (a) Drafting, negotiating, finalising and executing the share purchase agreement; and
• (b) Advising and assisting on all execution and closing-related formalities.
