Khaitan & Co advised Hexaware Technologies Limited on the 100% acquisition of Target Entities

The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Hexaware Technologies Limited, a listed Indian entity, and its affiliate on the 100% acquisition of Cybersolve (I) India Private Limited, Identity and Access Solutions LLC, IT Gliterz LLC, and Identity and Access Solutions Canada, Inc. from IAAS Holdings LLC, IT Gliterz Holdings LLC, Anushree Agarwal and Neha Agarwal for a total consideration of USD 66 million.

The acquisition strengthens Hexaware’s global technology and cybersecurity capabilities across India, the United States, and Canada.

The transaction also enhances Hexaware’s portfolio in identity and access management, further supporting its strategic expansion in digital transformation and enterprise technology services.
