The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Sensa Core Medical Instrumentation Private Limited and its promoters in relation to the USD 72 million investment by Motilal Oswal Alternates. This transaction represents one of the largest minority investments in the diagnostic consumables segment.
