Khaitan & Co Advised Vantris Energy Berhad on Divestment from L&T-Sapura Shipping

The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Vantris Energy Berhad on the divestment of its entire equity stake in L&T-Sapura Shipping (owner and operator of the LTS3000 heavy-lift and pipelay vessel) to its joint-venture partner, Larsen & Toubro Limited.

This divestment marks Vantris Energy Berhad’s strategic exit from its investment in L&T-Sapura Shipping, a key provider of offshore construction and subsea installation services to the global oil & gas and marine infrastructure sectors.
