Khaitan & Co advised Vantris Energy Berhad on the divestment of its stake in L&T-Sapura Shipping

The leading law firm in India, Khaitan & Co advised Vantris Energy Berhad on the divestment of its entire equity stake in L&T-Sapura Shipping, which owns and operates the LTS3000 heavy-lift and pipelay vessel, to its joint-venture partner Larsen & Toubro Limited.

This divestment marks Vantris Energy Berhad’s strategic exit from its investment in L&T-Sapura Shipping, a company providing critical offshore construction and subsea installation services to the global oil and gas and marine infrastructure sectors.
