The leading law firm in India, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. acted as legal counsel to Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Pte. Ltd. in connection with its joint venture with Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited for the development of a premium residential project in Whitefield, Bengaluru.

This is the first project under the partnership between the Mahindra Group and Mitsui Fudosan. SAM advised on the transaction documents and supported the client through negotiations, due diligence, and regulatory aspects of the transaction. The deal is expected to strengthen cross-border collaboration in India’s real estate sector and contribute to the development of high-quality residential infrastructure.
