SNG & Partners Advised Shriram Properties on ₹700 Crore Residential Project in Pune

The leading law firm in India, SNG & Partners, advised Shriram Properties Limited (“Shriram Properties”) on a residential project in Hinjewadi, Pune, being developed under a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) with the landowner.

This marks Shriram Properties’ second major project in Pune, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on high-demand residential micro-clusters and its continued expansion in key growth markets. The development, spanning nearly 0.7 million sq. ft., is expected to generate approximately ₹700 crore in revenue and will comprise premium residential units along with select retail and commercial spaces.

SNG & Partners provided end-to-end legal advisory on the transaction, including structuring and drafting of the Joint Development Agreement and related documentation, advising on title verification, land due diligence, regulatory and RERA compliance.
