The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Global Private Opportunities Partners II LP and Global Private Opportunities Partners II Offshore Holdings LP, institutional selling shareholders and affiliate entities of Goldman Sachs, in connection with the proposed initial public offering of Travelstack Tech Limited.
The proposed IPO comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 2,500.00 million, along with an offer for sale of up to 26,852,969 equity shares by existing shareholders.
Travelstack Tech operates TravelPlus, India’s largest hotels-focused corporate travel management platform for enterprise clients, in terms of revenue from operations in Fiscal 2025. The company also manages a private-label hospitality portfolio comprising the FabHotels and Via brands.
