Trilegal advised Supertails and Venturi Partners on Supertails’ Series C fundraise of approximately USD 30 million

The leading law firm in India, Trilegal acted as legal counsel to Petfully Yours Private Limited (Supertails) and its founders, along with funds managed by Venturi Partners Pte Ltd (Venturi Partners), in connection with Supertails’ Series C fundraise involving an aggregate investment of approximately USD 30 million.

The round saw participation from multiple investors including Venturi Partners, Fireside Ventures, RPSG Ventures, Sauce VC, Saama Capital, Titan Capital Winners Fund, and Nippon India Alternative Investments. The funds raised are proposed to be utilised for expansion of Supertails’ business across India, including the addition of new pet clinics.
