Trilegal advised Hornbill Capital on investment in KreditBee’s Series E fundraise

The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Hornbill Capital on its investment in KreditBee as part of the company’s Series E fundraise, India. The funding round, aggregating to approximately USD 280 million, was led by Hornbill Capital, a late-stage growth investor. Upon completion of the transaction, KreditBee is expected to achieve unicorn status with a valuation of approximately USD 1.5 billion. The platform focuses on technology-driven digital lending, enabling access to credit for millions across India.
