The largest law firm in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Al Tamimi & Company advised EMSTEEL Group (“Emsteel”) on the sale of Anabeeb, the region’s largest manufacturer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and glass reinforced plastic (GRP) industrial pipes, to Khansaheb Group.

Emsteel’s successful divestment highlights the maturity of Abu Dhabi’s industrial sector, with manufacturing representing the largest non-oil contributor to the emirate’s economy.
