Linklaters Asia advised underwriters on IPO of UI Boustead REIT on Singapore Stock Exchange

The premier global law firm with a strong presence in Asia, Linklaters Asia advised the underwriters on the successful initial public offering (IPO) of UI Boustead REIT on the Main Board of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX), 2026. The IPO marks the first mainboard and REIT listing on SGX in 2026.

The offering raised approximately S$973.6 million (US$764 million), making it Singapore’s largest IPO to date this year.
