Baker McKenzie advised Commerzbank on PLN 1.17 billion SERV-backed guarantee facility for Calik Enerji Swiss

The Global Law firm, Baker McKenzie Switzerland acted as sole legal counsel to Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft (Zurich branch) on a PLN 1,166,286,000 guarantee facility, primarily covered by Swiss Export Risk Insurance (SERV), provided for Calik Enerji Swiss AG.

The facility, guaranteed by Çalık Enerji San. ve Tic. A.Ş., supports the EPC contract between Calik Enerji Swiss and Çalık Enerji for the turnkey construction of a 1,336 MW combined-cycle power plant with H2-ready technology in Kozienice, Poland.
