Baker McKenzie advised H2O America on the acquisition by its Texas water and wastewater utility subsidiaries, The Texas Water Company, Inc. (TWC) and Texas Water Operation Services, LLC (TWOS), of substantially all of the assets of Quadvest, a water and wastewater utility operating in the Houston metro area. The transaction, valued at approximately USD 540 million, will significantly expand H2O America's footprint in Texas.
