Clifford Chance advised BNP Paribas-TEB, ING, and QNB on the financing provided to Çimsa, a Turkish-listed global building materials company and a subsidiary of Sabanci Holding, in connection with its acquisition of Ireland-based Mannok.

This acquisition marks a key milestone for Çimsa as it expands its presence in the UK and Ireland, reinforcing its status as a major international player in the building materials sector.
