Debevoise & Plimpton Advised Cerberus and ECI on Approximately $1.9 Billion Sale to Rosebank

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised Cerberus Capital Management L.P. and Electrical Components International (ECI) on the sale of ECI to Rosebank Industries in a transaction valued at approximately $1.9 billion.

ECI is a U.S.-based manufacturer that provides critical electrical solutions across a range of diversified industrial end markets, including smart industrial equipment, specialist vehicle manufacturers, appliances, and HVAC systems.

The Debevoise team was led by Kevin Rinker, Katherine Durnan Taylor, E. Raman Bet-Mansour, and Dominic Blaxill (M&A Partners), with support from Jillian Mulroy Wright (Counsel) and Emily Cohen, Jake Grandison, Ryan Katz, Joseph Millard, Matthew Ryan, and Lynn-Saskya Toussaint (Associates).
