Bob Copps, US Corporate Practice Group Leader and Co-Head of Global Corporate, said,

Jenny’s appointment follows a busy year for Eversheds Sutherland’s US Corporate Practice Group, which also recently welcomed Corporate Partner David Phillips. The team advised on high-profile matters, including Fiserv, Inc. on establishing the first operational merchant acquirer limited purpose bank (MALPB), and Corpay, Inc. on a $2.2 billion transaction to take AvidXchange Holdings, Inc. private, in partnership with TPG.
