Freshfields advised EQT as the lead investor in ReliaQuest’s $500 million funding round. The round also included existing investors KKR and FTV Capital, among others, bringing the company's valuation to $3.4 billion. ReliaQuest, a global leader in cybersecurity, will use the new funding to accelerate its growth, support innovation in Agentic AI-driven cybersecurity automation, and continue its international expansion.
