King & Spalding advised Baker Hughes on its acquisition of Continental Disc Corporation

King & Spalding advised Baker Hughes Company in connection with its definitive agreement to acquire Continental Disc Corporation and its subsidiaries from an affiliate of Tinicum Incorporated. The all-cash transaction, valued at approximately $540 million, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to regulatory approvals.

The transaction strengthens Baker Hughes’ capabilities in pressure relief technologies and expands its industrial technology portfolio across energy and process industries.
