Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners and its portfolio company Securonix, in connection with Securonix’s acquisition of ThreatQuotient, a leading provider of threat intelligence solutions.
According to the official press release, the acquisition will combine ThreatQuotient’s threat intelligence capabilities with Securonix’s market-leading SIEM platform—a five-time Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). The resulting platform will be a comprehensive, modular, and fully integrated AI-driven solution designed to strengthen threat detection, investigation, and response by utilizing advanced analytics and insights across internal and external threat landscapes.
