KWKR advised BidFinance on PLN 7 million financing round

KWKR advised BidFinance, along with its founders and existing shareholders, on raising PLN 7 million in financing from a consortium of investors including 4growth VC, FundingBox Deep Tech Fund, and a group of individual investors. LSW reportedly advised 4growth VC on the transaction.

BidFinance is a pioneering fintech company transforming the Polish debt trading landscape through its online auction platform for debt portfolios. The platform enhances transparency and efficiency by allowing sellers—such as banks, lenders, energy providers, and leasing companies—to secure competitive market pricing, while offering buyers—such as debt collection companies and funds—equal access to information. The capital raised will support the company’s plans to enhance its platform capabilities, expand into foreign markets—particularly in the Nordic region—and introduce new features and auction formats.
