Latham & Watkins LLP advised Harley-Davidson, Inc. in connection with a “withhold” proxy contest launched by H Partners Management, resulting in the election of all company director nominees at Harley-Davidson’s 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 14, 2025.
