Latham & Watkins advised The Sterling Group on the sale of West Star Aviation, a highly regarded provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services for business aviation aircraft, to funds managed by Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

The Latham & Watkins LLP team represented The Sterling Group and West Star Aviation in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Bruce Herzog (Partner) and Nick Dhesi (Partner), with support from Brad Guest (Associate), Zach Lippman (Associate), and Wyatt Wisnosky (Associate).
