Morrison Foerster Advised Eagle Football On The Sale Of Its 43% Stake In Crystal Palace F.C.

Morrison Foerster (“MoFo”) advised Eagle Football on the sale of its 43% stake in Crystal Palace Football Club (“Crystal Palace”) to an entity owned by Woody Johnson, a U.S. businessman and co-owner of the New York Jets American football team.

The transaction is currently subject to regulatory approvals from the Premier League and the Women’s Super League.

The MoFo M&A team advising Eagle Football was led by Gary Brown (Global Co-Chair, M&A Practice), with support from Luke Rowland (Counsel) and William Jay (Associate), all based in the firm’s London office.
