Norton Rose Fulbright advised MEAG on the sale of a business park in Dusseldorf

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised MEAG, asset manager of Munich and ERGO, on the sale of a 26,200 square meter business park near Düsseldorf Airport to Beos AG.

The approximately 26,200 square meter business park is located on Wanheimer Strasse and Mündelheimer Weg in the Düsseldorf district of Lichtenbroich in the immediate vicinity of the airport and comprises approximately 17,000 square meters of office space and 9,200 square meters of warehouse space.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised MEAG comprehensively on the transaction as part of the purchase agreement negotiations and the legal and tax due diligence. The team was led by Dr. Maren Stölting (Partner, Munich, Co-Head of Real Estate EMEA). MEAG was advised on the legal aspects of the transaction by Robert Hampp (MEAG-LRC/Real Estate Law) and on tax matters by Matthias Weigert (MR Group Tax).
