The Global law firm Sidley has advised the underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, on Southwest Airlines Co.’s issuance of US$1,500,000,000 senior notes, consisting of US$750,000,000 of 4.375% Notes due 2028 and US$750,000,000 of 5.250% Notes due 2035.
