Skadden advised Grupo Romero Investment Office (GRIO) on its agreement with UNO CORP to establish a strategic alliance for Primax’s operations in Peru and Ecuador, which will be led by UNO CORP. The transaction also includes the sale of Primax’s operations in Colombia.
