UUBO Advised Access Bank UK on US$70 Million Loan Facility to MTN Nigeria

Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie (UUBO) advised as Nigerian Counsel to Access Bank UK Limited (“Access Bank”) in connection with the provision of a loan facility of up to US$70 million to MTN Nigeria Communications PLC (“MTNN”).

The facility was extended to refinance MTNN’s existing loans and inject working capital to support its business activities and operations as a leading telecommunications service provider in Nigeria.
