Global law firm White & Case LLP advised Cathexis Holdings L.P. (Cathexis), a private investment holding company, on the sale of Yondr Group, a global developer, owner and operator of hyperscale data centers, to DigitalBridge and La Caisse.
Yondr has emerged as a prominent player in the digital infrastructure sector, catering to the growing demand for hyperscale and AI-driven data center solutions from the world’s largest technology companies. The acquisition is expected to fuel Yondr’s continued expansion into key global markets.
