Addleshaw Goddard advised Hillwood Poland on the EUR 70 million acquisition of two logistics parks in Wrocław
Addleshaw Goddard (AG) has advised Hillwood Poland, a leading investor and developer in the real estate industry specialising in logistics, warehouse, industrial, and e-commerce facilities, on the acquisition of two logistics parks in Wrocław from funds managed by Blackstone, for approximately EUR 70 million.
Both assets, now operating under the names Hillwood Wrocław City I and Hillwood Wrocław City II, are fully let. They add nearly 100,000 sqm to the company’s portfolio, strengthening its presence in one of the most competitive and fast-growing warehouse markets in the country.
The Addleshaw Goddard (AG) team was led by Katarzyna Grodzka (Associate), supported by Agnieszka Myszor (Associate), Piotr Śnihur (Junior Associate), and Magdalena Mirek (Junior Associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
