The largest law firm in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, Al Tamimi & Company acted as UAE law sponsors’ counsel to ENGIE Middle East on the Khazna Solar PV4 Project, supporting the development of a next-generation renewable energy landmark in Abu Dhabi.

The Khazna Solar Photovoltaic Independent Power Project represents a significant milestone in Abu Dhabi’s clean energy transition. With a planned capacity of 1.5 GW, the project is set to become one of the Emirate’s largest utility-scale solar PV plants, generating sufficient electricity to power approximately 160,000 homes and materially contributing to the Emirate’s carbon emissions reduction targets.
