Allen & Overy Represented SWEN Capital Partners Launch Fourth Fund in Innovative Territories Range
Allen & Overy has advised SWEN Capital Partners on the creation and structuring of its fourth Innovative Territories fund, which is dedicated to supporting growing French SMEs and midmarket firms. The fund has announced a first closing at €80 million.
With a target investment capacity of €250 million, this vehicle is consistent with previous vintages and presents a strengthened approach to fund and company selection, aligned with SWEN Capital Partners' new Sustainable Finance policy.
