The landmark transaction involved the sale of 8 aircraft, the transfer of MASwings as an airline company, the sale and transfer of spares and rotables, provision of transitional support services, and the migration of over 300 employees to the Air Borneo Group. This transaction represents a significant milestone in regional aviation and reflects strong collaboration between Malaysia Aviation Group, the Ministry of Transport, Air Borneo, and the Sarawak Government.
