Baker McKenzie has advised Thoma Bravo, a leading software investment firm, on the international aspects of its USD 10.55 billion all-cash acquisition of portions of Boeing’s Digital Aviation Solutions business, including its Jeppesen, ForeFlight, AerData & Oz Runways assets from The Boeing Company (NYSE: BA), which closed on October 31, 2025.
