Bird & Bird ATMD has advised SuperX AI Technology Limited, a NASDAQ-listed full-stack AI infrastructure solutions provider, on its strategic investment in MicroInference Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based solution provider specializing in compute and networking within the NVIDIA Partner Network.

This investment marks a significant step in SuperX’s long-term strategy to build a high-performance AI ecosystem and strengthen its supply chain for advanced NVIDIA servers and networking equipment. The move addresses the growing global demand for full-stack AI solutions. By acquiring a majority stake in MicroInference, SuperX gains enhanced access to specialised technical expertise and solutions within the NVIDIA ecosystem.
