Bracewell LLP Advised Lincoln Property Company in Arizona Data Center Project

Bracewell LLP represented Lincoln Property Company in connection with Lincoln’s acquisition and planned turnkey delivery of a state-of-the-art 191,000-square-foot data center in Chandler, Arizona.

The Chandler facility, located in one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the United States, will provide scalable solutions for hyperscale and enterprise customers. Lincoln plans to deliver the site as a fully operational data center, offering robust connectivity and power infrastructure to meet rising demand for cloud and AI workloads.

Bracewell’s real estate team advised on several aspects of the transaction, including site acquisition, ground lease structuring, equity financing, as well as the negotiation of development, leasing, construction and asset management agreements required for the development and operation of the sites.
