Carey Olsen Advised On The Sale Of Guernsey Hospitality Business, Randalls

Carey Olsen has advised on the sale of Randalls, a Guernsey Hospitality business that has been a key part of the local industry for 157 years.

Randalls owns and operates a brewery and distillery, retail outlets, an online store, and 21 pubs, restaurants, and hotels. The business remained in the Randalls family until 2006, when it was acquired by a group of investors, many of whom were based in Guernsey. It has now been sold to CI Hospitality Limited, a new consortium of local investors formed by Ravenscroft Capital Limited.

Carey Olsen provided advice across multiple areas, including corporate, property, employment, and pensions.
