Charles Russell Speechlys advised Integrum Group on its acquisition of two UK care homes

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised Integrum Group on its acquisitions of two care homes in Southeast England, Cavell House in West Sussex and Swanborough House in Brighton.

Integrum Group employs more than 650 people and cares for more than 400 residents. It currently operates eight homes across the Southeast including its two most recent acquisitions.

This acquisition reinforces the group’s commitment to high-quality residential, nursing, and dementia care throughout the UK. Integrum continues to expand its care home portfolio, focusing on safe, supportive, person-centred environments that promote residents’ comfort, dignity, and independence.
