Global law firm Clifford Chance advised Banco Santander S.A., as sole lead arranger and bookrunner, in the US$50 million syndicated loan granted to Grupo DC, a Peruvian business conglomerate with diversified operations across agribusiness, aquaculture, mining, real estate, packaging and forestry.
Clifford Chance advised on many similar transactions in the Latin American market, including advised Itaú and Banco Santander on syndicated loan for real estate companies in Peru and on a US$126 million term loan facility in Peru.
