Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised FS.com on its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, raising HK$1.67 billion (approximately US$212 million). FS.com is an online DTC networking solution provider.
FS.com provides networking solutions through its online sales platform, FS.com. The company's offerings include networking hardware, operating systems and cloud based network management platforms. These solutions support use cases across high performance computing, data centers, enterprise networks and telecommunications, serving customers globally through a platform centric and online enabled delivery model.
The Clifford Chance team transaction was led by Tim Wang (Partner/ Chair of China Practise) with Fang Liu (Partner) and Virginia Lee (Partner) with support from Erxin Lu (Counsel), Astrid Zhuang (Senior Associate), Jonathan Zhang (Associate), Sibin Hong (Associate), Heverly Ma (Associate), Grace Wang (Associate) and Virginia Xie (Trainee Solicitor).
