Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised Smile Invest on the financing of a majority stake acquisition in RB+ Fire Solutions, alongside management and founder Robert Bijlsma, to support the next phase of growth.

RB+ is a provider of passive fire protection and a full-service partner for complex structural fire safety projects.
