Global law firm Clifford Chance has advised the underwriters in Redwood Trust, Inc.'s (NYSE: RWT) US$100 million offering of 9.500% Senior Notes due 2030.
The Clifford Chance team was led the transaction along with Andrew Epstein (Partner) and Om Pandya (Partner) with Paul Lakkis (Associate).
