Cooley Advised Uber on Wayve’s $1.5 Billion Financing

Cooley advised Uber Technologies on its strategic partnership with Wayve to deploy robotaxis powered by Wayve on the Uber platform. As part of this strategic partnership, Uber invested in Wayve’s Series D financing round and will also invest additional milestone-based capital to support multiyear deployments of Wayve-powered robotaxis on the Uber network with plans to scale to more than 10 markets globally.
