The international law firm, Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP advised GFH Partners Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of GFH Financial Group B.S.C., on its strategic acquisition of a majority equity interest in Devmark Real Estate Brokers LLC (“Devmark”), a leading real estate advisory and brokerage platform based in Dubai.
The transaction strengthens GFH Partners’ real estate investment platform by integrating a scalable, high-performance brokerage and advisory business with strong transactional momentum and a proven management team, reinforcing GFH Partners' strategy of investing in diverse, growth-oriented operating businesses across the region.
Curtis advised GFH Partners as lead transaction counsel on all aspects of the acquisition, including corporate structuring, legal due diligence, management incentive schemes, regulatory matters, and the negotiation and execution of transaction documents.
