Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advised Acorn Investment Partners, a portfolio company of funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, in its acquisition of BW/IP - New Mexico, a wholly owned subsidiary of Flowserve Corporation (NYSE:FLS) that holds asbestos liabilities and related insurance assets.
