Dentons Link Legal Advised Hinduja Renewables On Captive Solar Project With Lloyds Metals

Dentons Link Legal advised Hinduja Renewables Energy Private Limited (“Hinduja”) in its strategic collaboration with Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd ("Lloyds") for setting up a captive solar power project in Maharashtra with an aggregate capacity of approximately 86 MWp. The transaction included advisory on structuring the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) and the captive project, as well as drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents.

The Dentons Link Legal deal team was led by Associate Partner Nakul Vohra, with Senior Associate Deepanshu Gawdi and Associate Antra Shourya. The financing aspects of the transaction were handled by Partner Parul Verma and Counsel Swapnil Sant.
