DLA Piper advised Hoist Global Tech Solutions (HOIST), a leading global systems integrator and services provider focused on IFS’s enterprise software suite, on securing a growth investment from WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based growth equity firm specialising in middle-market companies.

The investment will enable HOIST to expand its capabilities and global reach, furthering its mission to deliver high-quality services and business value to customers alongside IFS. With over 200 professionals worldwide, HOIST has established itself as one of the largest independent, IFS-focused services partners.

The DLA Piper team was led by Robert Fonn (Partner, Toronto), with support from Kevin Fritz (Tax), Jamie Mandell, Mackenzie Jordan, Elexa Clement, Sophie Gadbois (Corporate), Matt Demeo (Employment) and Dave Spratley (IPT).
