DLA Piper Advised Riverwood Capital in Investment Round for AI-powered Industrial Maintenance Company

DLA Piper advised client Riverwood Capital in leading a US$35 million growth round for AI-powered maintenance solutions company Fracttal, with support from all existing investors.

The investment strengthens Fracttal’s AI and product development capabilities, while accelerating its expansion in Latin America and Europe. Fracttal currently manages more than 20 million registered assets and is active in more than 60 countries.
