The leading law firm in Egypt, Dreny & Partners advised Jameel Finance in connection with the closure of the company’s second securitization transaction, amounting to EGP 470 million. The transaction forms part of a broader three-year multi-issuance program totalling EGP 4 billion.
The securitization was backed by a receivables portfolio originated by Jameel Finance and comprised three tranches valued at EGP 152 million, EGP 231 million, and EGP 87 million.
Beltone Investment Banking acted as the financial advisor and lead arranger, Suez Canal Bank served as custodian, underwriter, and bookrunner, and Baker Tilly (Hilal & Abdel Ghaffar) acted as the official auditor.
