The leading law firm in India, DSK Legal advised and assisted Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited (“Company”) in relation to the acquisition of land admeasuring approximately 13.46 acres, with a development potential of approximately 35,00,000 square feet of saleable area, forming part of an integrated township located at Village Nande, Taluka Mulshi, District Pune (“Property”).

DSK Legal assisted the Company in, inter alia:

• Conducting due diligence on the Property and issuing a Memo on Title.
• Advising on the structuring of the transaction.
• Advising, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing the transaction documents, including:Agreement to Sell, Power of Attorney, Ancillary deeds, letters, and writings.
• Assisting in the execution of all transaction documents, including Agreement to Sell, Power of Attorney, and other ancillary documents.

The Property is expected to yield a potential worth of INR 3,500 crore.
